State Retirement
Huntsville Fire & Rescue employees are eligible for a retirement plan administered by the Retirement Systems of Alabama (RSA). Participation is mandatory for all regular, full-time and part-time employees. Employees contribute a percentage of their salary to the plan. The City contributes a percentage as determined by RSA.
